All US passports to be RFID chipped

BIG BROTHER

All US passports will be implanted with remotely readable computer chips starting in October 2006, the Bush administration has announced.

Sweeping new State Department regulations issued on Tuesday say passports issued after that time will have tiny RFID chips that can transmit personal information including the name, nationality, sex, date of birth, place of birth and digitised photograph of the passport holder. Eventually, the government contemplates adding additional digitised data such as "fingerprints or iris scans".

Download audio: MP3 at 23.2 mebibytes (download torrent)

Tonite Slave Revolt explores the dark side of
america's conscious in a (ventures in corporate media
land) segment on william bennett called 'racism: a
question of power'. A segment that deals with the
fact that bennett and others can deny their racism and
genocidal impulse at this point in time because of
their relationship to power in this system.

Also "SR" deals with how the corp. media aids in this denial in
the face of Bennetts essentialty saying reduction of
crime=race=black.

Clips from bennett, jaun williams, and a conservative negro minister help flush out
americas favorite passtime.

In a (beyond the shadow) segment called 'Beyond the Veil' slave revolt deals
with yanar mohammed concerns with womens plight in
the context of religions role in the iraqi
constitution. The segment outlines that modesty for
the slave is not about how you dress, bend your knees,
bow your little head to whatever invisible man, but if
you are for or against this market order. If you are
for the imperial order you are obscene, vulger and a
real heathen to us slaves no matter how much your body
is covered up.

The program wraps up with a (few notes
from a draptomania) segment on James Dobsons talk with
his sky god and ties together how all three of the
segments based in 'personal virtues' concepts .

The slaves say keep your 'virtues' they're killing us
and the planet. The slaves desire freedom!

ACCELERATED GENTRIFICATION: Florida town plans to use eminent domain

RIVIERA BEACH, Fla., Oct. 4 (UPI) -- Officials of a poor, predominantly black Florida town plan to relocate about 6,000 residents to make room for a billion-dollar yachting and housing complex.

The coastal community of Rivera Beach in Palm Beach County may use eminent domain, if necessary, to claim 400 acres of land for the project, The Washington Times reported Monday.

"This is a community that's in dire need of jobs, which has a median income of less than $19,000 a year," Mayor Michael Brown said. "If we don't use this power, cities will die."

The U.S. Supreme Court in June upheld the use of eminent domain for economic purposes, ruling against a group of New London, Conn., homeowners fighting a proposed corporate development.

The City Council last week chose a New Jersey-based developer, Viking Inlet Harbor Properties LLC, to oversee the project, which is expected to displace 2,000 houses.

Viking has said it will pay at least the assessed values of homes and businesses it buys.

Dana Berliner, a lawyer who represented the New London homeowners, warned, "Once someone can be replaced, so something more expensive can go where they were, every home and business in the country is subject to taking by someone else."

Lurid reports of rape, murder in Katrina’s aftermath exposed as frauds

By Joseph Kay

A series of articles over the past week have confirmed that the widespread reports of massive looting, murder and violence in hurricane-devastated New Orleans were either concocted out of whole cloth or grossly exaggerated. In the first several days after New Orleans was inundated, these stories were disseminated by government officials at the federal, state and local level, and trumpeted by the media in banner headlines and lurid TV accounts.

Now that officials have been forced to admit that they had little or no evidence of armed thugs roaming the devastated city and mugging, raping and killing tourists and stranded residents, they and their media accomplices are seeking to explain away the disinformation campaign as the inadvertent result of confusion, fear and the breakdown in communications in New Orleans.
